Considering our planned purchase volume of 20 kilograms, we would like to kindly ask whether it would be possible to further adjust the price to EUR 400 per kilogram, which would help us complete this order within our current budget and may facilitate more frequent orders in the future.

Additionally, we would like to confirm whether there is any flexibility regarding the packaging options or delivery schedule, as optimizing these factors would also support a smoother long-term cooperation between our companies.

Furthermore, to comply with our country’s import regulations, we kindly request that you provide the relevant quarantine certificates or product safety documents. We also ask that the truffles be free of soil and thoroughly cleaned/brushed, to ensure product safety and quality for consumption.
