Thank you for your message and for sharing your further expectations regarding pricing, packaging, and delivery.
Regarding your request to adjust the price to EUR 400 per kilogram, we regret to inform you that this level is not feasible for us. As your order requires the preparation and provision of additional phytosanitary and product safety documentation for import clearance, this involves extra inspection, administrative, and compliance costs on our side.
Taking this into consideration, the lowest acceptable price we are able to offer for this shipment is EUR 450 per kilogram, under the same terms previously stated (including freight and insurance, CPT).
With respect to packaging, in order to ensure product quality, freshness, and food safety throughout international air transport, we are only able to supply the truffles using the packaging method previously specified. At this time, we are unable to offer alternative packaging options.
Regarding the delivery schedule, due to the coordination required for documentation preparation, inspection, and shipment arrangement, delivery can be scheduled within 7–10 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
The following documents will be provided with the shipment:
Official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the French authority
Standard commercial documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill)
