Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns regarding the trade terms and weight tolerance.
Regarding your request to revise the Incoterm to FOB, after careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate this change.
In order to ensure product quality and freshness, especially for highly perishable fresh truffles, and considering that the unit price has already been adjusted to our lowest acceptable level, the trade term will remain CPT, as previously agreed.
With respect to weight loss, please note that fresh truffles are natural agricultural products, and minor weight variation due to natural moisture evaporation during transportation is unavoidable.
We therefore confirm that a weight loss of up to 5% caused by natural dehydration during transit shall be considered within an acceptable tolerance range and shall not be regarded as a shortage or quality issue.
All products will be packed using our specialized temperature-controlled packaging system to minimize moisture loss and preserve optimal quality.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
