Following our recent discussion regarding the purchase of Whole Milk Powder (WMP), I would like to formally request a detailed quotation and confirm the shipping arrangements for the following requirement:
 

1. Product Specification & Quantity

  • Product: Whole Milk Powder (WMP) - Regular/Instant (Please specify)
  • Quantity: 5 Metric Tons (MT)
  • Packing: 25kg multi-wall kraft paper bags with PE liner (standard export packing)

2. Price & Trade Terms
  • Unit Price: USD 3,000 / MT
  • Total Value: USD 15,000
  • Incoterms: CFR Kaohsiung Port, Taiwan (Please provide the ocean freight breakdown)
  • Payment Term: 100% T/T in advance

3. Documentation Requirements (Critical for Taiwan Customs & ANZTEC) To ensure smooth customs clearance and to benefit from the ANZTEC preferential tariff (0% duty), the following documents are strictly required:
  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Full set of Clean Shipped on Board Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Certificate of Origin (Form ANZTEC) - Essential for 0% duty application.
  • Health Certificate issued by MPI (New Zealand)
  • Analysis Certificate (COA) - including fat content, protein, and microbiological test results.

4. Logistics & Shipping Marks
  • Mode of Transport: Sea Freight (LCL or FCL - please advise which provides better cargo integrity for this volume).
  • Destination Port: Kaohsiung Port, Taiwan.
  • Shipping Marks: Must include Product Name, Batch Number, Manufacturing/Expiry Date, and "Origin: New Zealand."
  • 5. Lead Time Please advise the earliest ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) from New Zealand once the payment is confirmed.
  • We look forward to receiving your formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and the technical specifications of the current batch. If you have any questions regarding Taiwan’s FDA labeling requirements, please let us know.
